Rates

Rates are per room and night, including breakfast and free WIFI. Excluding Tourist Tax.

All Children under 4 years are for free in the existing beds.

Pets are allowed on request. No additional fees.

The local tourist tax is Euro 3,50 per night and person.

VAT is included in the overnight rate.

Our booking and cancellation policy:

For cancellations of a confirmed reservation up to 4 weeks before the arrival date, no fees will be charged.

After that, we charge 80% of the room rate!

For cancellations of a confirmed reservation over Christmas and New Year's Eve up to 8 weeks before the arrival date, no fees will be charged.

After that, we charge 80% of the room rate!

For no-shows, 100% of the total price will be charged!

We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
